2011 Valleyfair Website Updates

Hey everyone - I just checked today and Valleyfair has posted not only their Hours for the 2011 season, but Live Entertainment Audition information, a new special event, and the Soak City Hours as well! Two Thursdays for haunt, and Halloween has an unlisted time (lighter gray than the noon-11 PM box...)?

Edit: And days where the park opens at nine. I do believe this is the first time (At least in a while) that Valleyfair!'s opening at nine....

 

Edit 2: And Sundays at haunt are back to Noon-7 pm.

Is it just me, or is the site really glitchy? (navigation bar not like it should be, some pictures don't load in the right spot, etc.)

 

They skipped 2010 in the History section of the website. It would be nice it they just said "general improvements" like they always do. :(

I can't say I've had any problems with the navigation bar or the pictures, but agreed, they should say something about 2010.  They actually changed/added a ton of stuff infastructure-wise.  More so than any of the other "general improvements" years, I think.  New plaza, new entrance paint, new paint on TONS of food buildings, etc.

I agree the year 2010 there is alot of improvements on the front entrance and the place by the Red Garter Saloon (Stadium Grill). I like to know How much they had to spend on that improvement the brick pavers and retaing wall planters are EXPENSIVE!. Thats about 3 acres of brick pave walkways.

Yes I am. I did try Firefox, and it worked much better. I wonder why it can't display well in Chrome?

 

Off topic - I wish I had a snoopy pass and not the plain "gold" pass from last year. :(

Thank goodness we're not open too late anymore on Sundays! Sundays were never busy at the park. Back half of the park usually closed early anyways.
